Wholesale Terms*

Minimum Order Quantity. For current available inventory, authorized retailers and resellers can order any number of items at wholesale discounted prices. There is not a Minimum Order Quantity. For items not currently in stock certain specific conditions may apply regarding your order.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 40% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. Individual samples also have a 40% off the MSRP. Sample items are free after 10 items are ordered. Especific conditions apply. Contact us for more information.

Payment. We accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and bank direct transfers. Other payment methods are available only after prior approval.

Ordering Process. For orders from exisiting inventory, please allow 0-3 days from the time of your order to the time items are handed to postal carrier or delivered in person. If items are not in current inventory or for larger orders, please contact us for specifict timing and availability.

Shipping and Delivery. Domestic orders have no extra shipping and delivery costs. International shipping may have customs charges and additional fees. Please contact us first for more information.

Returns and Exchanges. Please contact us first in order to request a return and/or exchange requests. No returns or exchanges are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport, and over 15 days from the date of the original order. Items must be unused, unaltered and undamaged with original package if applicable. Shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. Re-stocking charges may apply. Refunds, if approved, will be applied to your original method of payment.

Referral Program

Authorized retailers and partners who refer customers to us for direct retail prices sales can get a 10% per order as a bonus. Referred customers themselves will receive a 10% off discount per order. There are no limits for number of customers referred or orders placed. Earned bonus checks are mailed to the partner/studio's business address weekly.
